Sales Representative

Communicator Inc has a suite of managed compliance, operations and communication services for Wall Street. Our customers include the largest broker/dealers on Wall Street as well as their institutional clients including mutual funds, hedge funds and other money managers.

We are looking for energetic salespeople with experience selling services and/or information to the institutional financial industry. The job will include interaction with customers at senior levels on both the buy and sell side, including compliance, operations, sales, trading and research departments.

Salespeople work closely as a team and with product management, support and technology. Specific responsibilities include prospect follow-up, presentations, proposals, negotiation and relationship management. The position is based out of our headquarters in White Plains, NY.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree with 1-5 years of work experience in the financial industry
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and customer service skills
  • Strong organization and follow-up skills
  • Experience identifying and cultivating new accounts
  • Ability to develop and maintain senior management level client relationships
  • Proven track record exceeding sales quotas
  • The position will require approximately 30-40% travel





Client Operations Professional

The Client Operations group is hiring a client operations professional. The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication, presentation and customer service skills. Strong PC skills and familiarity with the Internet is a must. Knoweledge of investment management industry is a plus. Recent college graduates are welcome.

The position responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • answering clients' inquiries over the phone, via email and instant messaging
  • interacting with programmers on all product related questions
  • making outbound calls to customers with new product and service offerings
  • conducting training sessions and demos over the phone as well as in person at customer's site
  • some travel may be required
